JacobsParts Return Policy

The following warranty provisions are applicable only for purchases from jacobsparts.com and ebay store jacobsparts. The warranty terms from ebay stores briteonpower and jpquality1 are stated in the listings.

Great customer service is our mantra. In the rare event that you have a problem with our product, we will work hard to resolve the problem quickly and to your satisfaction.

  • All sales include a 30 day unconditional return policy and a one year warranty.
  • A buyer may return an item for an exchange or refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item.
    • If there is nothing wrong with the item and the buyer wants a refund, the seller will issue full refund less actual shipping cost which is usually around $5. The buyer will also be responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
    • If the problem is a result of the buyer purchasing the wrong item, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping a replacement.
  • A buyer may return a defective or failed item for an exchange within one year of receipt of the item.
    • A buyer may not return an item for a cash refund after 30 days of receipt of the item.
  • The definition of "problem" and "fails" is limited to the following for AC power adapters:
    • The AC adapter fails to provide adequate power to the device
    • The AC adapter does not fit the advertised device
    • The wrong type of US power cord was provided.
    • The power cord was missing.
    • The AC adapter arrived damaged.
    • There are serious manufacturing defects
  • If the buyer attempts to deceive the seller, all warranty terms will be null and void. Deception may include but is not limited to:
    • Damaging an item and trying to pass the damage off as a manufacturing defect
    • Returning a different item than was received
  • If a buyer files a dispute with paypal or attempts to receive a chargeback for an item without contacting the seller first, all return and warranty provisions are null and void.
